2017 Congress Entry Book & Forms
Please note the following:
Multiple checks, money orders, or credit cards will be accepted as payment for entry and stall fees. Entries for exhibitors wishing to stall together must be received in one envelope.
OQHA will no longer require one payment per agent packet. Agents can submit multiple checks, money orders, or credit cards from individual clients. However, entries must be submitted in one packet for stalling purposes.
Entries will not be processed without a copy of horse's current registration papers. If the papers are currently being transferred, etc., during time of entry, you must bring the updated papers to the Congress Entry Office to receive your back number.
Entries will not be processed without a copy of all owners' and exhibitors' AQHA,NCHA,NRHA, or NSBA (all that apply) current membership cards. Novice Exhibitors, please include a print out of your official novice point level from the AQHA website. If you do not have the current cards at entry time, you must bring them to the Congress Entry Office to receive your back number.
