Plan your stay at the 2026 All American Quarter Horse Congress. Hotel rooms can be booked through the official Congress reservation site. Onsite camping options include reserved Purple Lot spaces and camping available upon arrival.

Camping at the Ohio Expo Center

Camping is managed by Metropolis. Before you arrive, review the 2026 Congress grounds map for camping and trailer parking locations.

Reserved Purple Lot Camping

The Purple Lot is north of 17th Avenue. Spaces may be reserved in advance through the link below. Purple Lot reservations are nonrefundable.

Korbel and General Camping

Korbel camping and a limited number of general camping spaces south of 17th Avenue are available first come, first served. Advance reservations are not available for these areas.

Fees, Parking and Refunds

Camping purchased upon arrival is $60 per day. Metropolis requires payment through the final day of the Congress when you check in.
A $75 whole-show parking pass is also required for each towing vehicle or motorhome.
Horse trailers parked south of 17th Avenue are subject to the $60 daily camping fee, even if they are not being used for camping. Trailers not used for camping may park at no charge in the designated trailer parking area north of 17th Avenue.

If you purchased camping upon arrival and leave before the end of the Congress, you may request a refund for unused days at the Metropolis Office. Bring your dated Ohio Expo Center camper pass. Campers who remain past noon will be charged for an additional day.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

If you depart outside office hours, contact the Congress Stall Office for information about starting the refund process. Refunds for unused days apply only to camping purchased upon arrival. Reserved Purple Lot camping is nonrefundable.
