Admission

General admission to the All American Quarter Horse Congress is FREE!

Separate tickets are required for Congress NRHA Freestyle Reining and the Congress PBR.

Parking

Daily Parking: $25 per vehicle

Mondays and Tuesdays: $15 per vehicle

Wednesdays: FREE, thanks to the generosity of Stallion Transportation Group, Huntington Bank and the National Snaffle Bit Association.

Entire Event Parking: $75 per vehicle

Transaction fees are not included.

Vehicles using Daily Parking must park in the designated parking area north of 17th Avenue.

Commercial exhibitors, horse show exhibitors and spectators with Entire Event Parking passes may park on the main fairgrounds south of 17th Avenue. Entire Event Parking also includes parking for trucks and cars on top of the Gilligan Barn. Trailers are not permitted on top of the Gilligan Barn, and traffic around the barn will be one way.

Parking rules will be enforced beginning September 24.

Any vehicle, including a trailer, truck, car or golf cart, parked in an unauthorized area or without the proper sticker or permit will be towed by the Ohio State Highway Patrol at the owner’s expense.

Horse Trailer Parking

All horse trailers parked south of 17th Avenue or in an RV lot will be subject to the daily camping fee of $60 per day beginning on the date of arrival.

Trailers not being used for camping may be parked at no charge in the designated horse trailer parking area north of 17th Avenue.

Golf Carts and Other Motorized Vehicles

Small motorized vehicles are not permitted on the Ohio Expo Center grounds, with the exception of golf carts and mobility scooters. Gators, Mules, Segways, mopeds, scooters and similar vehicles may be used only by approved show personnel.

Golf carts are not permitted inside barns or restricted areas after the start of the show. All golf carts must display a Congress golf cart permit, available through Eagle Golf Cars. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart.

Golf cart access may be limited in certain areas. Please follow all posted signs and instructions. Violations of the golf cart rules may result in a fine.

Eagle Golf Cars is the exclusive golf cart rental provider for the Congress. Golf carts may not be rented from another provider, and outside solicitation for golf cart rentals is prohibited.

Getting to the Congress

From Interstate 71, take Exit 111 and travel west on 17th Avenue. During the Congress, 17th Avenue will serve as the primary entrance and will be open only to Congress traffic. Both 17th Avenue and 11th Avenue will be used as exits from the grounds.
