Media Credential Registration

All media representatives are required to review and comply with the 2026 All American Quarter Horse Congress Press Policy, which can be viewed here.

The deadline to apply for a media pass has passed; however, members of the media may still inquire about obtaining a pass at the Press Office in the Coughlin Celeste Center.

Credential requests are subject to review and approval by the Ohio Quarter Horse Association. Please review the complete policy for credential classifications, photography and videography guidelines, equipment restrictions, and other requirements.

Approved media representatives must check in at the Congress Press Office before beginning coverage and must wear their credentials in plain view at all times while working.
