Puppy Alley & Rescue Row

Puppy Alley & Rescue Row

Presented by Tractor Supply

Open every Friday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the Rhodes Center.

There’s more than one way to meet a new best friend at the All American Quarter Horse Congress. Visit Puppy Alley & Rescue Row to meet puppies and dogs, connect with the people caring for them, and learn about adoption opportunities.

Tractor Supply is the presenting sponsor of Puppy Alley & Rescue Row. We thank Tractor Supply for helping bring this Congress favorite to visitors and exhibitors.

Adoption support provided by PulseVet. PulseVet is underwriting the cost of adoption at Rescue Row, helping dogs take the next step toward a new home. Please speak with the participating rescue about its adoption process.

Visiting with a dog

Dogs are permitted on the Ohio Expo Center grounds during the Congress. Dogs are not permitted, whether leashed or unleashed, inside the VS Code Red Coliseum, Coughlin Celeste Center, CINCH Arena, Congress Hall, or Congress Marketplace.

Participating in Puppy Alley & Rescue Row

Individuals and organizations displaying puppies or dogs must complete a registration form. An Ohio Quarter Horse Association representative will collect the form and assist with check-in when you arrive.

Please review these requirements before participating:

  • Puppies and dogs may be displayed only in the designated Puppy Alley & Rescue Row area.
  • Individual spaces are assigned daily on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old.
  • Every puppy must have a current health certificate before arriving. Keep the certificate available for inspection on each day of participation.
  • All dogs are subject to examination by a Congress-designated veterinarian. The veterinarian has final authority to determine whether a dog may participate.
  • The participation fee is $20 per puppy, per day.
  • All personal items must be removed from the building overnight.
