Congress Stall Office
The Congress Stall Office operates 24 hours a day throughout the show.

24-Hour Veterinary Services
Saginaw Valley Equine Clinic and GameTime Sports Medicine provide 24-hour veterinary services at the Congress, including on-site imaging, regenerative medicine, chiropractic care and acupuncture.

Feed, Hay and Bedding
Wayne Davis Quality Bedding provides feed, hay and bedding for Congress exhibitors. Advance orders are strongly encouraged.

Stall Mat Rentals
As a Corporate Partner, Elite Stall Mat Rentals is the official stall mat provider for the Congress. Stall and aisle mats, disinfecting and pre-bedding services are available.

Hotel Reservations
OQHA has secured discounted rates at participating Columbus-area hotels. To receive the Congress rate, reservations must be made through the official Congress hotel reservation website.

Parking, Camping and Electrical Assistance
Parking and general camping operations are managed by Metropolis.
The Metropolis office is located near Gate 4. Campers experiencing electrical issues or needing electrical adapters should contact or visit the Metropolis office.

Golf Cart Rentals and Permits
As a Corporate Partner and the exclusive golf cart provider for the All American Quarter Horse Congress, Eagle Golf Cars provides on-grounds transportation throughout the show.

Bringing your own golf cart? A Congress golf cart permit is required and may be purchased for $30 at the Eagle Golf Cars location outside the Celeste Center. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on the grounds.
Important: Golf carts may not be rented from outside providers. Golf carts are prohibited inside barns and other restricted areas once the show begins. Access may also be limited in designated areas.

Propane
Propane is available at the Schmidt’s Warehouse, south of the Swine/O’Neill Barn, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. every day.

Septic Pumping
Miller’s Portables provides camper septic pumping services.
To request septic pumping, sign up daily at the Stall Office between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning
Congress Cleaners, operated by Dale Cleaners, offers dry cleaning, wash-and-fold laundry, pressing and starch services.

Schmidt’s has served Congress exhibitors for decades with catering options ranging from home-style meals to its world-famous sausages and cream puffs.

Bags of ice are available for $5 per bag at the Schmidt’s food tent and 1886 Restaurant.
