The Ohio Quarter Horse Association has secured discounted rates at participating Columbus-area hotels for the All American Quarter Horse Congress. To receive the Congress group rate, reservations must be made through the official hotel reservation website.

Camping at the Ohio Expo Center is managed by Metropolis.

Reserved Purple Lot Camping

Camping spaces in the Purple Lot, located north of 17th Avenue, may be reserved in advance.

Reserve Purple Lot Camping

Purple Lot reservations are nonrefundable.

Korbel and General Camping

Korbel camping and general camping south of 17th Avenue are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of general camping spaces are available south of 17th Avenue.

Advance reservations are not available for Korbel or general camping.

Camping Fees and Policies

Camping is $60 per day. Upon arrival, Metropolis requires payment through the final day of the Congress.

Campers who depart before the end of the Congress may request a refund for unused days at the Metropolis Office during the following hours:

Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

A dated Ohio Expo Center camper pass must be presented to receive a refund. Campers remaining past noon will be charged for an additional day. If departing outside Metropolis Office hours, contact the Congress Stall Office for information about beginning the refund process.

This refund policy applies only to camping purchased upon arrival. Pre-reserved Purple Lot camping is nonrefundable.

A $75 whole-show parking pass must also be purchased for each towing vehicle or motorhome.

All horse trailers parked south of 17th Avenue are subject to the $60 daily camping fee. Trailers that are not being used for camping may park at no charge in the designated trailer parking area north of 17th Avenue.
