Arrival, Departure, and Stalling Information 

Roping stalls $50 per horse per night, 1 night minimum. All horses must have a stall, no horses may be tied to trailers or overnight in trailers.

Entry Information

2025 Congress entries open July 15. Please complete entries online here by August 25th. Late fees will apply after the deadline.

Any horse may be entered in the IPRA-sanctioned classes or the Congress #9.5 Team Roping.

IPRA Sanctioned Classes

IPRA members: Please include your member number on your entries. Non-members must pay $10 for an IPRA day-pass.

All monies won count toward IPRA year-end standings.

AQHA Roping Class Rules, Entry Fees, and Payouts

-All exhibitors and owners must be current AQHA members
-Only AQHA rules shall prevail in AQHA-approved classes

Payouts and Entry Fees are as follows.

Breakaway Roping Sidepots - Open, Amateur, and Youth
Entry fees: $110 (Open), $85 (Amateurs), $55 (Youth)
Purse: 80% of entry fees

Congress #9.5 Team Roping
Purse: $3,000 added plus 70% of entry fees
Entry fee: $150 per roper. Enter 3 times. 3 head progressive
Current Global Handicap numbers only
The 2 fastest times in the AQHA Amateur Heading or Heeling will have their entry fee for this class refunded

Congress #11.5 Handicapped Team Roping
Purse: $3,000 added plus 70% of entry fees
Entry fee: $200 per roper. Enter 3 times. 3 head progressive
Current Global Handicap numbers only

Congress Open Team Roping - IPRA
Purse: $5,000 added plus 70% of entry fees
Entry fee: $250 per roper. Can be entered twice. Two long rounds and top 12 short go
IPRA sanctioned
2 fastest times in the AQHA Open Heading or Heeling will have their entry fee for this class refunded

Congress Tie-Down Roping - IPRA
Purse: $5,000 added plus 70% of entry fees 
Entry fee: $500. Two long rounds and top 12 short go
IPRA sanctioned

Congress Ladies Breakaway Roping - IPRA
Purse: $2,000 added plus 70% of entry fees
Entry fee: $200. One long round and top 12 short go
IPRA sanctioned
