2023 Congress Cutting Success
Thank you to all who made this year's Congress Cutting a hit. The event boasted over 600 cuts and was held in conjunction with the NCHA Great Lakes Circuit Championship at the Bullen Equestrian Center in Eaton, Ohio.
Special thank you to OQHA Honorary Director Chuck Smith for taking the reins of this year's competition.
National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) Executive Director Jay Winborn and NCHA Director of Judges Andy Adams also attended.
