Ohio Quarter Horse Association Welcomes Perri’s Leather as Official Halter

The Ohio Quarter Horse Association (OQHA) is proud to announce a multi-year partnership with Perri’s Leather as a new corporate partner and the “Official Halter of the All American Quarter Horse Congress.”
