2021 CONGRESS SUPER SALE ROD'S TROPHY SADDLE AWARD

The Congress Super Sale held with the All American Quarter Horse Congress by the Ohio Quarter Horse Association proudly presents the Rod's Congress Super Sale Trophy Saddle.

Rod's Western Palace sponsors and donates a trophy saddle every year, traditionally presented at the Congress Super Sale. The saddle is awarded to the horse's current owner, which sold in the previous year's Congress Super Sale, which accumulated the highest total number of AQHA points from sale date through August 31.

The Ohio Quarter Horse Association thanks Scott Hartle of Rod's Western Palace for the continued support in donating the Congress Super Sale Trophy Saddle.

The winner of the Rod's Trophy Saddle for 2021 is Stone Cold Fox, purchased by Chris Gray for Christinna Murphy from the University of Findlay in Findlay, OH.

Stone Cold Fox was consigned to the 2020 Congress Super Sale, an internet auction!

Stone Cold Fox is a 2017 red roam gelding by VS Code Red and Shez One Hot Cookie. Stone Code Fox, Axel, was described a being a promising all-around prospect. Axel is ready to show in horsemanship, pleasure, equitation and showmanship with Wins in the University of Findlay's finals in all. He has been shown in an AQHA show in the green and junior trail very successfully on very tough courses. Axel has been started on a lead change and is changing with very high quality. Quiet and eager to please, Axel is ready to be your next all-around horse.

I was excited to be able to keep this colt in the barn for his new owner Christina Murphy.
