Congress Extends Partnership with NSBA Foundation

OQHA is proud to extend their multi-year corporate partnership the National Snaffle Bit Association Foundation through 2026!

Operating under a separate board of directors, the NSBA Foundation serves as the charitable fiduciary arm of the National Snaffle Bit Association. It seeks donations and other tangible resources, as well as provides funding to support the efforts of the Association through programming related to the equine industry and the NSBA membership. 

Specific programs the Foundation directs funds to include, the Equestrians with Disabilities program, Heroes on Horses, a youth scholarship program, and the Trainers Crisis Fund. It also offers funding and support to animal welfare-related causes and efforts of the Association. Founded in 2009, the Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and operates out of the NSBA national office in Weatherford, Texas.

The NSBA Foundation is the presenting sponsor of all of the Equestrians with Disabilities classes and participates in the Heroes on Horses event.
